Rockin With The, Rockin With The Best!

Hello my lil chickadees!
Well, what can I say about our show this past Saturday in San Francisco, besides we kiiiiiiiiilled it!
The Kidd and I had an awesome time, made new friends, got wild with old ones, rocked the mic and the dance floor (you know how I do!), and basically had an amazing night. I'm STILL amped off it and it was four days ago, sheesh! I can't wait to get back on stage!
We were out there celebrating Kidd Linus' birthday (Happy Birthday Kidd!) and also debuting a brand new track (so new that I seriously just finished the lyrics for it last week and we did the mix down for it the day of the show, yowzers!), called "Is This Thing On?" We were initially having some problems trying to get the track finished in time, so, to be honest, I was a lil worried. But those worries flew the coop the minute Kidd Linus dropped the track and everybody started going off to it! It was awesome! There's nothing like that feeling, looking out and seeing everybody rockin out to your music and your lyrics, it's crazy...and it gets you instantaniously high and that high is addictive! Once you experience it you want more and more and more of it!
We're hoping to officially release the track in March 2010. We gotta clean up some rough spots, I need to re-record the vocals and then the Kidd has to put the final mastering touches on it, but definitely be looking out for it in MARCH 2010!! (That's right, I put that shit in CAPS and bold, so you can't say you didn't see it!) :)
Our good friend, Eurydice (the genius behind James and the Giant Cupcake) was also in house tempting and delighting with tasty little morsels of heaven...also known as mini red velvet and chocoalte peppermint cupcakes. I'm smiling just thinking about them, so delicious! They were especially good at 4am when I was snuggled up in my hotel bed watching Gremlins, oh hells yes! :)
As you can tell, it was a good night from beginning to end.
Here's some pics of the night!
